A message dated September 15, 2016, was received stating the                                                                    
Governor signed the following resolution and is transmitting the                                                                
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                                                            
     14(STA)                                                                                                                    
     Making application to the United States Congress to call a                                                                 
     convention of the states to propose a countermand amendment to                                                             
     the Constitution of the United States as provided under art. V,                                                            
     Constitution of the United States; and urging the legislatures of
